Following the medical examinations, you will be in the capable hands of your personal coach at the Vitalia Health Centre. After receiving the results of the detailed initial diagnosis with blood pressure measurements, body fat analysis and an examination of your back, your trainer will create an individual training plan for you based on the latest findings from sports science.
Stretching - relaxing - unwinding
The training plan is aimed at achieving your personal goals such as weight loss, elimination of back pain, building endurance, increasing the amount of exercise you take and relieving one-sided physical strains. Computerised training devices will support you in improving your stamina, agility, coordination and strength. This is the first step in the process of increasing your physical fitness - and possibly leading to a healthier way of living.
Releasing tension
The training ends with use of the Hydro Jet, which combines classic manual massage, underwater massage and heat treatment in a single device. You lie on a big, warm, elastic latex sheet and are massaged by powerful circular jets of water. Tension is released and your muscles are pleasantly relaxed.
